Might just be a lag issue. Both services are getting hammered at the moment.

I have a dynamic IP address, what now?

Just do it during one sitting. Your IP won't change unless you reset your router or (depending on your ISP) turn off your computer.

I did exactly that, and I'm still getting the error message: You must use the same IP to generate and consume the token.

Edit: nevermind, that might be because of the lag. Thanks for the feedback!

Try contacting your ISP in that case. Or generate a new token and try again.

I do remember acc and pass, I dont remember the email though, but would like to link it to an e-mail I know.
Is this a possibility?

When you create a new Elysium account, it requires you to use a valid email address.

Just create your Elysium account with the email you want. To get your Nostalrius token, you need only your username and password.

I'm trying to get a token for my account, but it keeps saying that my account is banned.

How?? I haven't even logged into that account since October of 2015. How is it banned when I haven't played it?

Your account could have been compromised at some point. Unfortunately that means it is gone now. As the announcement said, Nostalrius is not doing any more ban reviews and Elysium is incapable of reviewing old Nostalrius bans.
