Dynamic respawn rate, what exaclty does that mean?

I would like to know, if this dynamic respwn rate is exacly like on retail (15min normal respawn, around 1-2min fast respwn on overcrowded areas)..?

well blizzlike servers were capped as well and our playerbase far succeeds that limit.

The things we have to choose are either dynamic respawn or server queues. I myself pick dynamic respawn

Leveling through Westfall has been a rough time.

for me a decrease in the spawn timer of some specific quest mobs and objects could have been enough, e.g. Bhag'Thera, Bloodsail Charts/Orders, all with 15mnts respawn timer. Some quest mobs even with 30mnts respawn.

Does this change affect the particularly lower populated, usually high level zones(eg Silithus) to have even slower respawns or will they be as before?

Also does this have an effect on Black Lotus spawn timers?
