To the WoW Legacy fans, and Nostalrius community

Pointless. There is nothing to gain from this, other than screwing the community you say you want to benefit.

First of all, it's as most people said already. Blizzard is NOT GOING TO RELEASE LEGACY SERVERS, NOW OR EVER. Because it's technically difficult, expensive, and does not benefit them. Period.

Second, you claim you want to benefit the WoW community by screwing us by deleting the old database content or even worse, the whole server, just because some people claim it's "pirate". I think we don't give a damn at this point about who calls it "pirate" or whatever, go to Warmane or any other crappy 'd'honor' server and call them 'pirates'. See if they care.

Just in case you didn't realize, at this point we don't care about legacy servers anymore. Because we assumed it simply won't happen. We want to PLAY THE GOD DAMN GAME. Period.

Third, go on. Close it. Let's see how much it will take for someone else to open a new one, and for everyone to go there. You can't stop it. Because it's not about convincing Blizzard anymore. They already said 'no', long ago. It's about playing the game. We want to play a game. Not to pretend to be crusaders against a stupid company that ignores it's user base.

And once again, they already know about how much we want it. They simply don't care.

And last but not least, YOU FAILED. Both you, and Blizzard. You wanted to make legacy servers a thing, but you failed. Blizzard ignored it's user base, and they lost a lot of players that are not coming back ever again. There is nothing else to say. Whoever wants to play retail, then go and play it. Buy some instant max level boosters and fill them with money. The rest of the users that wants to play classic, will stay 'pirate'. Their loss.
