my honest opinion is that hype has two edges, if a server keeps toying with the members, it could lose its credibility.

It says it is currently 11 Feb 2015 00:25 on forums. Also, in the bottom right corner - All times are UTC + 1 hour

I don't think they ever said anything about an announcement at midnight. I would expect to hear ... something ... at some point on the 11th.

Also, odds are pretty good that the news will come via email so stop spamming f5
