Missing Barmans Shanker for rogue primary dagger - probably 2nd best in slot.

Problem with weapons like Barman Shanker is it applies debuffs on mobs, which you cannot have in an environment with 8 debuff slots. Otherwise it would be solid as a Mainhand dagger. Its no doubt very strong until you begin raiding or PVP, but I cannot include it in this list if the intent behind it is to mean whats best before you start doing MC/Onyxia.

BTW, Holy Paladin completed, Resto Shaman is next.

Isn't Mantle of Lost hope (lvl48) Available?
I thought that was the best shoulder piece for pretty much all healers.

Edit: Does anyone know when they become available if they are not?
