I dont have that dagger since I took the 2h sword instead. I will however look into checking proc-rate on coldrage dagger from RFD.

I was using my tank gear shield and those daggers i got a bit different numbers

Coldrage:
4,71%


Sliverblade:
2,71%


Darrowspike:
2,21%


Well anyways seems like Coldrage dagger is the way to go but proc-rates are pretty low on after all.
