Dungeon/Raid keys and how to get them

1) SCARLET KEY
-required for SM Armory and Cathedral

-drops off Arcanist Doan in SM Library, lootable by every party member

It does not drop off of Doan, it's looted from a chest behind him.

The only missing key-like thing I would add is the Scepter of Celebras for Maraudon.

That's not a key, though. It doesn't unlock anything, it just teleports you to the latter half of the instance.

Fixed that Doan error and added Maraudon scepter.

I think AQ War effort should go to its own thread as it's a pretty massive and complicated thing.

The scarlet key is also needed to enter the building in the live side of strathome.
