Blizzlike (-20%?) Rank decay each week i belive

Will Nos have decay or just like feenix that it stays until you play.

Too lazy to search forums, couldnt find any pvp section either.

If they're going for blizzlike, it should decay. Given their stance so far on issues like this, I think its safe to assume it will.

When does the week turn over for ranks to be given out?

this time it happened on Wednesday at 13:00 server time. Last week it was Wednesday 14:00 (prolly due to summer time), so around that.
