Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So as it turns out, shield block value is not in the game in gear form (not counting that one shield from DM tribute) nor does strength give any bonuses to shield slam dmg.

Does anyone have an idea if SBV will be added and shield slam dmg made "normal" at some point, or if this is "vanilla" (which I dont remember it being) and its just gonna be like that?

It gets added around the ZG OR BWL patch update + items update that goes into the game.

Sbv is on later gear. A lot on aq naxx. The damage bonus of shield slam comes from this. Str converts about 5% or something to that sort to sbv. Not much to worry about str. 3/8 t1 gives a good bit. 30ish.

With bis gear from aq and naxx, u can do 2k plus shield slam crits if u pop the 285 sbv trinket. Something to look forward to.

Strength actually gives 1dmg for 2 str when it comes to shield slams so it is a significant boost.

Now I just have to wait for an update to unleash my tru powah!
