like I cant seem to find this anywhere...I found the mana regen rate..but what about hp?

anyone have like a formula or something I can relate to?

so uh..anyone have any info on how spirit helps regen health incombat?

someone said their undead had like +7 more spirit than dwarf and was regen'ing 50% faster or something

It does not help at all. Spirit contributions to health regen do not work in combat except for trolls but only 10%.

Not sure how accurate the info is here http://wowwiki.wikia.com/Spirit. According to this there is no official source or confirmation on the exact formula.

In my experience its pretty negligible and not worth focusing on in any way for health or for any non caster for that matter.

Here are the default cmangos values. They likely are the same on Nostalrius. No idea if they are blizzlike, but you could use this for your calculations.
