I feel like Mage would have an overwhelming amount of abilities if this was the case. I wouldn't know what to press, rofl.

The bias in me says Shaman but then Paladin and Druid make a good case due to being able to tank/heal/dps. Just imagine going from Bear to Tree then to Boomkin. Ohhhhhh the wreckage.

I think druid would be the most powerful if they had the rank 14 or T2.5 gear because those sets cover pretty much everything, which is what a full talent tree would also do.

Imagine dps with cat form, into heals, into bear for tanking damage, then finishing the opponent off with some moonfire spam.

I guess this goes for shaman too, so that might be just as good.
