For healing, probably druids because they actually get bonuses to healing in more than 1 tree.
For DPS, I would have to go with rogue. All their talents increase their melee damage, warlock and mage have a lot of talents that only buff one spell type (fire, shadow, frost...). You can already get just about every talent that buffs frostbolt or fireball. Warlocks would be better with shadow damage % increase in affliction and demonology but rogues get increased melee damage from all 3 trees.
Tanks would be about the same as they are now, maybe slightly more threat
