Nightfall+Crusader bugged?

Can nightfall and crusader proc on the same hit? Or can only one of them proc at same time? Do any of them have priority above the other? I'm doing tests and they seem to not proc at same time.

nvm guys I get crusader and nightfall proc in the same hit
