Give us your ranking of the best hybrid DPS !
Hybrid DPS are:
Shaman Enhancement, Shaman Elemental, Druid Feral, Druid Balance, Priest Shadow, Paladin Retribution

Shadow priests will give your warlocks a huge dps increase, very popular to run one in a 40-man.
Feral OT can have some uses for certain encounters.
I don't really think you could make an actual 'ranking' of these specs given how subjective it is.
PvE wise the rest are meme specs imo, a pure DPS class will always be preferable. People who play hybrids typically would rather work 3x as hard for 0.75x dps and their 'special snowflake' status.

For 16 slot debuff and AQ and above itemization i would go with; (since you asked for BEST not the TOP )
-Shadow Pri (nice and a must debuff and passive heals)
-Kitty (sustained yet sucky dps but still not abysmal and have neat CDs for the raids spare)
-Space chicken (Aura is good Efficiency is not, still same CDs as mentioned above)
-Enh sham or Retri (nightfall ed., free debuffs yet still can be carried by a warrior OT or Arms just for this purpose)
-Ele shammy ( additional totems are always useful but not sure about the dps amount and sustainability tho)
Edit : completely forgot about the retridin and oomkin

good dps (best dot ingame), buffs locks and heal group
moonkin, ele < mage / lock
enh , retri, cat < rogue / fury
spriest is imo the best dps hybrid

Really got sick of seeing you and the 'other' pala guy posting irrelevant pics/data/comments on every topic.
Yeah AoE dps of a Prot pala recorded in the rookery adds is the correct answer for this topic.

How come warrior isn't considered a hybrid? Hybrid should be any class that can fill more than one role.
Hell, I've even seen people refer to the four pure DPS classes as mage, warlock, rogue and warrior, and not count hunter amongst the pures. It's like people forget what the words mean.
Fury warrior is the best hybrid DPS spec. If for some reason you don't count warriors, it's shadow priest (after debuff limit is increased to 16) and feral druid. Raids shouldn't really bring more than one of each, though.

It's actually Blacking Lair which we cleared 8/8 this morning two weeks in a row after just forming this raid group - you know the place that's a 40man raid instance - where the gauntlets and followup trash are actually harder than most of the bosses in the raid instance.
I AoE tank the following in BWL for my guild:
- Suppression room Gauntlet up to and including Broodlord
- Goblin Technician packs
- Nefarian Drakonid adds in phase 1 and Undead Constructs in phase 3
