Can u tell me what is the most usefull class-spec for both pve / pvp (without respecing) ?
I mean what class is very needed in both pve / pvp

Nope.
Every class is required for PvE and every class is strong/weak against specific other classes in PvP.
You need to be way more specific.

Duh!..Its a Prot pally ofc, have you seen their dps on add fights?
Or you can make your question more clear so users share their opinions with + and - sides.
Useful of what?.. CC? Debuffs? Buffs? Side-abilities (OT or heal capabilities etc.)? CDs?
