if that is what you are aiming for, then don't use the term 'BiS'

BiS means best in slot, what you listed is not best in slot.

A very good comprehensive sheet. About 90% correct, except for a few points. As Botmaster5 has pointed out; Items being expensive shouldnt be a reason to keep them off the list. Especially if said items also happen to be current-BiS (or even Game-BiS). The only items I kept off the list I made in the warrior section is GM/HWL-gear since it is highly unlikely anyone outside of raiding would reach Rank14. Here is what you should add/change to the warrior list:

Fury:
- Add Lionheart helm. There is no excuse for not getting this as it will last you through all content in vanilla, including Naxx.
- Vambraces of the Sadist is the correct name.
- Add Defiler's Plate Spaulders from AB exalted.
- Add Berserker bracers from WSG exalted.
- Add various rank8-10 gear. Very easily obtainable and will last you until BWL/AQ40.
- Add Cloudkeeper legplates.
- Add Edgemasters handguards. (Most warriors will never replace these in vanilla raiding).
- Rune of the Guardcaptain is uncommon (Green) item and not rare (Blue).

Prot:
- Stockade pauldrons are epic (Purple) not rare (Blue).

Sidenote: You should add an 'enchants' column too so people know what enchants they should put on each item.
