Yep and requires extreme RNG to get, there are a LOT of variants at this time of wow.

As you can see in the list, the +healing was equal to the other magic schools like frost and shadow. They boosted it in 2006 to +55 healing.

Back in <1.4 most useful lenses for Molten Core were:

+ 24-25 Stamina (Back at the time, getting 35 Stamina from a single item was huge)
If i remember right, tanking helms back at early 2005 had not that great stats, so this lens was a nice alternative to those)
+25 Fire Resistance
+30-32 Frost
+30-32 Shadow
+30-32 Healing

Regarding the Engineering lenses, wouldn't Holy Shroud be a good alternative?

Pardon me if I overlook something, I never played a Healer during retail vanilla, almost my pre-raid healing gear experience comes from private servers. Either way I'll see if I can remember other low level items that are supposedly quite strong.

Holy Shroud is indeed a good healer item for starting with MC/Onyxia. The only problem ist, that its boe and kinda hard to get. But i am gonna add it anyway for the sake of completeness.
