You've normally got to have at least 15 hk to get ranked; tbh there's nothing wrong here.

The highest rank can't be "Marshal" now.

This should be checked by a GM.

Pretty sure there was an issue that was fixed where low levels could get to any rank if getting enough honor in a week.

Its just a simple display bug, many people have it.
