It won't stay connected long enough for me to play.

For some reason I can't connect long enough to log into the world or even create a character as it won't come up to the character selection screen. Is there some reason for this that I do not know about, is there some thing that I'm not doing right? Help please, I want to know how I can start playing.

have you tried unplugging it, waiting ten seconds, and plugging it back in?

Hey JRottgerB,
Do you get Disconnected when connecting and does it say Test Realm on the bottom right?
