Whats your work out routine?

Typical bodybuilding routine, medium heavy weights made heavy through medium to high reps with emphasising on proper contraction and excentric phases, e.g a more eploxde contracting phase and a slower/negative excentric phase.
Supersets and *Max* 2min between sets to keep capillary vasodilation(why supetsets for me http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20300020 )

Basically

Fixed muscle groups, no what should I train to today.
I do legs, chest and back twice a week.

Nutrition has to be thought of everyday, oversee this first.
