Others characters stutter around

Windows 7 64bit. gtx 70, i5 2500k, 8gb ram.

Game runs fine, albeit some microstuttering, but other players seem very jumpy. Like they are lagging. They stutter along. I've ran the smoothness commands, re-installed, etc. No luck. Great server but this is rendering it unplayable for me... anyone got a fix?

What is your ping/latency on the server?

It is 15-20ms! A very good ping. The best I've ever had on WoW!

edit: I have also tried on 2 different 1.12 clients. I have deleted the WDB folder, I have no addons. My fps is excellent. I am on a 1440p monitor. It is a problem on other 1.12 client servers as well (I have only ever used this client).

Have you tried vsync on and off? It sounds somewhat similar to the issue other players had with a too high of a framerate.

This has nothing to do with framerate, it's a server network code problem.

If it was a server side network code problem, everyone would be seeing it. jikki also said that he has micro-stuttering which is usually caused by very high framerate.

Everyone is seeing it, you can see it in Nost videos too. Other players movements sometimes shutter.

v-sync on or off makes no difference - I think it is absolutely a code problem on the server side. It is a mangos problem that elsewhere has claimed to have fixed... shame... loved the idea of this server..
