Installing Client on Mac

I unzipped the .zip and I got the folder, but I'm not sure what to do. What do I install and what order do I do them in?

The zip should contain the full folder with the .app and Data folders, no need to install anything just run it from there, or move the whole thing into /Applications/World of Warcraft/
