Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello guys, I have a quite annoying problem with other players being jittery as I see them move, walk etc. When it comes to mobs or other npc`s everything runs smooth, actually everything other in game runs perfectly and smoothly. I have a great internet connection and my computer exceeds the optimal requirements for the game. Still I tried lowering everything to low, tried disabling all addons, tried different clients, but nothing solved it. I am really enjoying the game but it really irritates me seeing the whole world working in harmony expect other players semi teleporting when they move .
Any suggestions, advices and possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.
