Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I attempted to register an account, and never got a confirmation email, but when I tried to remake the account it says the account name is already is in use. Does this mean the account is active and ready to be used tomorrow or do I need to be able read the confirmation email in order to activate the account?

Got it working after used E-mail with no Caps in it and turn off Add blocker for nostalrius.org
