Noob in need

I recently joined nostalrius and was wondering if anyone could answer these questions

1. How long does it take to reach level 60
2. What is the best realm, nos pvp or pve
3. Recommended faction, race, and class for leveling the fastest.

I have at the very least 1 reason for disliking a few classes so it's hard to decide on one to be dedicated with.
Hunter: I dislike having to feed my pet and carry arrows (not sure if this still happens here but going off memory of TBC)
Warrior: I just don't like rage
Shaman: Totem quests
Paladin: I heard they sucked in classic and only buffed people in raids

1. average is around 10 days played time, the quickest so far should be around 4 days played time
2. depends on your preference, do you want to be ganked and in return gank others? then go on the pvp realm
do you want to level and not be disturbed doing it? --> pve realm
3. whatever you like the most, it's generally quicker to level a warlock, hunter, mage

Just chose the class you like the most.
shaman totem quests don't require as much time as you expect, leveling simply takes way more
paladins are viable, you can abuse reckbombs (oneshotting enemies) or be a good pvp/pve healer
