Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Just downloaded and installed from viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2803 whenever i try to open the game i get an instant crash and http://imgur.com/FqrvBme is what i get every time. I've tried setting compatibility as well as updating my drivers. I have the setup files as well as the game files extracting to my Desktop. Tried reinstalling as well same issue. Any thoughts?
