What is the 'realm list' I should connect to?

I played nostalrius before it got shut down and then switched to another level 60 server once that happened. I changed the realmlist I connect to and after searching this site I cant find what is being used now. Can someone please explain what I need to do to get nostalrius working again from already having vanilla installed.
