How come [Fury Visor] didn't make it to the list ?

For the same reason Titanic leggings didnt make it. They have not been implemented on this server yet. I have made it a point to keep only currently available items on the list.

Yeah I asked that same question in another thread --> Warrior Class Q at lvl50.

This item is not obtainable in the current patch. It came out later, not in 1.12 said a guy ^^

I would take the shoulders though (from that Q) and buy the lionheart helm

I believe Overtime said in another thread that the items are coming with patch 1.8 which would be between now and AQ-release. Regarding item of choice from the quest I would recommend the trinket over the shoulders. The trinket is actaully the most powerful trinket in vanilla for short bossfights (around 1min fights). Shoulders are definitiely good but will be replaced early on and the same applies to the helmet since all fury warriors should strive for Lionheart helm.

Don't know anymore if some of the listed "things" are implemented right now in the game or not:

Elixir of Giants +25 Str
Elixir of Mongoose +25Agy +2%crit
R.O.I.D.S +25 Str Blasted Lands Q
Smoked Desert Dumplings +20Str Food
Scroll of Strength IV +17Str
Scroll of Agility IV +17Agy
Winterfall Firewater +35Ap (Furlborgs in Winterspring)
Elemental Sharpening Stone on both weapons --> 2%crit for each weapon
Dense Sharpening Stone (much cheaper) +8 Damage on each weapon
Mighty Rage Potion +45(?) Rage + 60Str for 20 Sec.

Replace Smoked Desert Dumplings with Blessed Sunfruit. The dumpling will be implemented with the release of AQ I believe.

Indeed a very nice helmet!

Why is this helmet not in the list for people who can't afford Lionheart (so it's a good option), and people who don't want to wear 90 % leather

Giants doesnt stack with firewater and scrolls don't stack with anything practically.
