Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

1h30 after having bought my freshly new TuF and respecced correctly, only 1 TuF stun and 0 mace stun for 50 mobs kills and 3 whole battlegrounds...

Noone stuns at all with the lack of ccrits, make me feel in the end way less powerful than with my old Arcanite Reaper !

And levelling, when I was Sword specced (only 5% chance while the Mace spec have 6%), it seemed to proc really better, at least once every 2 mobs.

Working as intended ? ...

From what I recall back then, mace specc was really lackluster for warr and rogue during vanilla. I don't believe it was ever really looked at until TBC came around.

Can't really say the accuracy as to what TUF procc rate was like. Back then, went from Arcanite Reaper to Ashkandi for weapon upgrade.

Testing may be expensive due to respec cost, but I know some proc rates have been adjusted in mid July. Could be worth looking into, especially if you are pulling unstopable force.

Not, it doesn't. Only with non-controlled ones (Impact, Blackout & procs of any kind).
