PvE Warrior Professions?

I typically go Herbalism/Alchemy.

Will I wish I had gone Mining/Armorsmithing for any reason? [They way I can sometimes feel about tailoring on casters.]
If so, how is it for making money?

shield, charges, a few reasons it comes in handy.

BSing, engineering, alchemy, those are really the only options that are worth doing. engineering is the only one with items you can ONLY have if youre said profession.
