[Q] Shouldn't Mocking Blow be usable when in Def stance?

I was reading the vanilla wiki and it says in the requirements: Melee Weapon, Battle Stance, Defensive Stance, but it also says that it was added in the patch 3.0.2, so I don't know which one is true, probably the later, but I'm still asking.
