Ill tell you what im doing. Im going human for the + sword/mace skill. Dualwielding swords or maces until I get to put points into sword spec. Then ill be trying to keep dualwielding swords since they are the most available. Professions really don't matter too much imo. I suppose engineering is the best for bombs and whatnot. Im personally going skin/lw because I think its more fun and I like farming that better than running around looking for a node. Go for combat talent. Best leveling talents and u just run into the mob (don't need to stealth so u save time) and stand in front of him spamming SS. Real easy and effective. Check the addon section for which ones to get. Id personally get an energy timer addon and one to see the opponents hp. There are other helpful ones too.
