Not bugged. Somebody might have stolen it before you. Kill him and wait for respawn then just pickpocket him to get fresh book

When I read about the respawn timer I emiditely abandoned the quest.

Same with the quest in Teldrassil in Dolanaar with that dream thing you have to loot in the house that has an OBNOXIOUS 5 mins respawn timer for EVERY SINGLE PLAYER, wether in party or not.

Normalli cool with vanilla but this is just a nogo for me, Ill get my xp elsewhere.


Some things in vanilla I just dont miss at all.
