Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I noticed that when I stealth, the buff says my speed is reduced by 30%. Rank 4 should only reduce by 15% though. I also have 5/5 Camouflage.

Has anyone else noticed this problem?

I was stealthing beside my guildie last night, and Camo works just fine; he had 5/5, I didn't, and he moved faster than me.

If you have 5/5 Camouflage, you should be moving at 85% speed (-30%, +15%) unless you have Minor Speed Increase. Rank 4 is supposed to reduce movement speed by 30%. In other words, this is working as intended.
