Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I just finished pickpocketing about 50 syndicate emblems just for fun. Upon trying to turn them in to the Ravenholdt manor for reputation, I wasn't awarded anything, not even Ravenholdt rep. Is this a bug?

It worked for me (I believe I got 100 reputation for each turn in while being neutral)
