Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So currently I've got a level 10 Rogue Human, and I aspire to be excellent in PvP ganking and shanking the hell out of everyone. But my big question is what is a good talent tree set to do? I hear a lot about a 21/8/22 build, but I'm not sure how to create it. What weapons are good for that? I want to ambush and stuff, doing instant death damage and the like.

Looking through them right now, and I am so lost. I've always been seriously confused by the lingo for skills, and armor needed for raids and rotation cycles. I would just do what works for me, but I'm not finding anything PVP related ._.

I take it raiding has to be done to be good in PvP, so I'm gonna have to get used to this kind of stuff.
