As the title says, does anyone know if Is Master of Deception bugged? aka doesnt work?

I took some points in it, yet it seems like it din't work at all!

it woks. but some mobs have stealth detection like ghouls in strat and dogs in brd.
ofc if you go tru someone...mod doesn't help.

It works fine for me
