Interesting, but the rules can still apply. As Lactose tested out 6 hit and 4 skill and got ~1.3 miss, that's around the miss you get by the first formula (1.4 with +4 skill, which adds 1.6 hit), because the diff between the boss's def and your attack rating is greater than 10. I wish he'd tested with a +5 skill character .

As always on private server, some people discuss "how it's working here, right now" and only really care about that, while others are mainly interested in "how it's supposed to be".

It will not show as a green +5, but rather as a higher value denominator. 305 at level 60.

Did Ony+MC with 308 gun skill and 6% hit, zero misses. Guess it isn't complete solid proof of the 6% hitcap, but it seems to work.

I had flawless rifle with DM wrists when it was cool and dandy, I never missed with 6% hit, now I'm trying out 8% and yes, it is quite noticable. Hakkar gun is like 'ok'ish and only if you are dwarf, it's not horrible neither it's good. On scaling Bad<->Great it's at Meh.
