For Hunters Ranged and Two-Handed it should be like:

lvl60 = 300 defense = 5% hit
lvl 61 = 305 defense = 6% + 5*0.04% = 6.2% hit
lvl 62 = 310 defense = 7% + 10*0.04% = 7.4% hit
lvl 63 = 315 defense = 8% + 15*0.04% = 8.6% hit

This means 9% hit PvE and 5% hit PvP

For stat weights i made my own calculations which was quite a challenge. I only used buffs that are easy to get and keep. Kings, Mongoose, MotW, JuJu AP.

For MM x/31/x i came up with:
1% hit = 38.611 AP
1% crit = 36.383 AP = 12.004 AGI
1 AGI = 3.031 AP

Fang of the Faceless = 64.38 AP
Brutality Blade = 63.66 AP

Bone Slicing Hatchet = 39.4
Assasination Bladu = 36.38

And

For Survival 1/20/30
1% hit = 40.223 AP
1% crit = 37.012 AP = 10.706 AGI
1 AGI = 3.457 AP

Brutality Blade = 68.12 AP
Fang of the Faceless = 65.01 AP

Bone Slicing Hatchet = 44.94 AP
Assassination Bladu = 37.01 AP

I'm really curious to know how you obtained those values, specially the hit formula, I have so many conflicting sources, I only know for sure that the hit cap is 9% because I miss some shots with 8% hit chance.

To get the stat weights i calculated the damage of auto, multi and aimed shots based on gear, buffs and build. With the gear being a combination of items that give one of the highest stat sums for dps and are in the current patch.
Then i calculated how much of a stat is required to get 1% dmg increase for each "skill" to get stat weights for each of them(the easy quick way).
And next i used damage cycles:

To get a distribution for auto, multi, aimed.
The i took the averages based on that ratio.
