Griefing on Benediction quest area

Im trying do do Benediction quest from few days now but some people are reseting by purpose. Yesterday someone was reported and GM came in the area an made a statement.
Today some chineese people was reseting quest intentionally and when people try to ask to stop they say " I don't understand"
Maybe we need a queue here like in hunter quest and someone maybe translate the warning for chinesee aswell.
I don't know if you can get a ban for reseting by purpose but a GM can help us to clarififing this matter.
Is so annoying to spend days here on waiting and get rekt every time.
