Krixix BWL Mind Control

we seem to have an issue with mind controlling Krixix, the goblin in BWL which teaches you how to smelt elementium bar's.
Each time our priests attempt to MC him, they report that he is Immune.
What are we doing wrong? Is there specific preparation you have to make in order to MC him? Or maybe a specific mob order?
