i downloaded an addon quickheal and its jsut spam 1 button and auto downranks and picks the lowest hp person jsut from 1 button spam, great for trash or raid healing. question is i dont want to get banned since it might seem botlike

If it's not a completely automated action it's not bannable. Feel free to smash that button safely.

Also if this addon works correctly and might be found useful to other players i would suggest sharing it and the link within the addon forum.

You can use it, but glhf getting any healing done in raids when there is 11 other healers sniping u.

doesn't synergize well with healcomm.. since you don't target anyone with the macros to heal, it wont show up.. granted you may snipe heal better with it. if more people use it, more heals get wasted.

it's a great addon for 5 mans and stuff to snooze through imo.

Yes I have not been using it to raid really just trash or 5 man. Have also found some use for it in bgs if I turn the emergency level to 100% it only casts flash heals and works pretty solid actually in bgs

it won't get you banned but it will make you a shit player
