it was decided that the current raid times are Saturday 7:00PM-11:00PM EST, Sunday 3:00 PM-7:00 PM EST.

Thanks, that clears things up. Might want to add it to the OP; raid times are fairly important, especially with Alliance guilds having a clear US-bias (for now).
