Looking for PVP guild

is there any aliance guild, that do BG premades on low lvl, while exping?
I would like to join such a guild if possible.
I want to play with players, who know they cant go all alone, like most of aliance players use to.
Its no fun when i try to stay close to allies and allways end up in party of two against 10 horde players.
