<Hive> - EU Raiding Guild

Hive is made from an old group of vanilla players that played together on another project. Starting out there as a guild made up of some friends we are today pretty much a community as our players kept in touch and keep playing games together and even meeting IRL. That is something we value highly.
Goals
We want to be a force to be reckoned with in the raid progression and at worldboses. We want to keep a very high standard of raiding for people that want to focus on hardcore raiding. Furthermore, we also wanna preserve the good atmosphere we had during raids on our last server. We are going to have a serious raid environment yet a laidback attitude.
This is something that was a success previously in Hive, it made us average one application per day for a whole year and made players thrive in the guild!
Recruitment
We will always accept exceptional players regardless of class situation. If a class get's overpopulated it's handled by rotating people. We see this as a positive thing as it gives people some breathing room and eases up the time you need to reserve for raiding as a raider.
Loot System
We use Loot Council for distributing loot. This makes sure players feel appreciated for their efforts and that the guild benefits as much as possible from the loot.
Raiding Schedule
Monday: 19:00-23:30 ST
Wednesday: 19:00-23:30 ST
Sunday: 19:00-23:30 ST
We will raid on these days as we see fit depending on our current raid cleartimes and if we’re progressing. If a new raid instance is released on a day that is not one of our raiding days we will schedule a progression raid that day. We expect our members to be aware of this possibility in advance as the server administration will announce beforehand.

You're mature and respect/abide the rules

Finally, if you wanna try out hardcore raiding we highly encourage you to apply. It doesn't matter if you don't know everything about the game or have alot of experience in WoW. We are looking more for the right attitude more then anything.
