Blood Guard's Dreadweave Walkers

am i missing something here? all i can see are boots, yet these walkers are somewhere hiding? i want that 6 spell damage

This has baffled me too until I looked into it a bit further. The Horde and Alliance pvp rare sets do not always share identical stats amongst equivalent gear slots. The Dreadweave walkers you're most likely referring to are shown in Atlas loot, and were not added until patch 1.11.

Old gear (what we currently use):
Horde:

These differences of course give much more incentive for horde players to reach rank 8, but the alliance pants + boots combo remains a formidable contender until one receives T2 legs post buff.
