Which add-on you use for this specific purpose is irrelevant.

I used to manually change all of my pieces cuz I was too lazy to dl the addon.

So if equipping it fixes it and relogging fixes it when does this bug actually happen? Report if you find a way to reproduce it.

Swapping from my pve set to pvp set, or pvp to pve set causes the set bonus to not apply. Removing all my gear or relogging is the only way to reset it.

EDIT: Figured it out... Cloak of Consumption and 2pc are interacting in some fucked up way. If you are missing +23 SP just redo your cloak instead of relog. Or perhaps some other item you have with +23 SP.

Once i'm missing the +23 spell damage re-equiping cloak of consumption doesn't have any effect for me -.-"

It's got something to do with the +23 from rank 10 pieces and +23 from nemesis with my PVP set.

Are you using 3 piece t2 and 2 piece r10 for your pvp set? I can make pictures too to prove you're wrong and in my situation changing the cloak isnt fixing it.

Well it just gets stranger...
PvP set just changes all except chest/head to rank 12/13 and a trinket.
