Lvl 50 Druid Quest

Is the Sunken Temple part of this quest active? I can't get the quest from Torwa Pathfinder even though I did the Devilsaur quest.

I think it's bugged, as I just finished Toxic Test and there's no follow-up. :<

No, it's not available at the current "stage" of the game.

Yup. Nost is on an earlier patch than most freeshards.
