Also; when are you getting Ashkandy?

+OT: does Skullflame scale with spelldmg XD if i can't get Red Dragon on my shaman i'd go with it but i'd be bummed if the proc didnt scale. Will come shoot some lightning up your ass if i manage to get my shaman geared.

I don't have it but from what I've heard from others it does - same with Force Reactive Disc - so enjoy
