Anyone else noticing that the stun is resisted all the time in PvP?

Also holy damage is also resisted or partially resisted in PvP.

For PvP, something is fucked up and either players have a base holy resistance, or stuff like all resist like talents and enchants are applying holy resistance, which they shouldn't be doing.

For PvE, bosses have 15 Holy Resistance, and Seal of Command can be partial resisted via the glancing blow rule, since Seal of Command is subject to glancing blows. The combat log doesn't interpret this as glancing, but instead interprets it as resisted.

problem is chromagus also , when he increase resistance , seal of command should not be reduced .
(this says that command doesn't follow glancing blows rules in server too) but it follows "resistance" instead.

not working as intend too.

I agree with Dreary about "+all resistance" bonus.
Warlocks with Master Demonologist partially resist Seal of Command and Judgement of Command damage all the time in pvp. I think "+all resistances" bonus gives holy resist too. Could be one of the reasons Hammer of Justice resists so frequently.

Sadly execute is a warrior skill.
